Decal vs Sticker

A decal or transfer is a plastic, cloth, paper or ceramic substrate that has printed on it a pattern or image that can be moved to another surface upon contact, usually with the aid of heat or water.

A sticker is a type of label: a piece of printed paper, plastic, vinyl, or other material with pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. They can be used for decoration or for functional purposes, depending on the situation.

We specialize in two types of heat transfer decals:

  • Multi-Print decal is made of PU material; suitable for both outdoor and indoor usage. Its application is most ideal for logo, label, sponsor and caption that is multi-coloured, graphical and illustrated.

  • Flex-Cut decal is a high-quality and super-thin polymer. It is very durable and suitable for single-coloured artwork, designs and captions. Our Flex-Cut decal comes in many varieties and is categorized by:
    • Primary Colors
    • Special Colors

Using the latest fashion-quality digital sublimation ink, our printer performs excellent ink transfer followed by a unique sublimation process that permanently dyes fabrics with your designs. Dye sublimation also allows photo lab quality picture printing.

During the sublimation process, your custom (or personalised fabric designs) are digitally printed in reverse on a heat transfer paper using digital sublimation inks. The heat transfer paper, coupled with a protection paper is then placed onto our high-quality Beat-Heat™  fabric, simultaneously being led through a heated and pressured machine to form a heat press.

The digital sublimation ink goes from a solid state to a gaseous state without becoming liquid in between and flow into the fabric, permanently dyeing the fabric threads. This creates a gentle gradation of colour, making the quality of our clothing line long-lasting.

The fabric is then fine tailored into the unique garment or team jersey of your choice. The tailoring is one of the most critical aspect in our production process and this is where we lead.

Embroidery is the craft of decorating fabric or other materials using a needle to apply thread or yarn.

Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. In modern days, embroidery is usually seen on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, dresses, stockings, and golf shirts. Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn color.

At present, our embroidery services is mainly for designs with company/individual logo and names.

Screen Printing

Screen Printing (also known as silkscreen or serigraphy) is the oldest and most popular method of t-shirt printing. It uses stencil method of printing whereby a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a fabric, except in areas made impermeable to the ink by a blocking stencil.

  1. Mesh is stapled onto a wooden/ metal frame
  2. Use masking tape to stick around the underside of the screen
  3. Cut stencil design
  4. Place stencil under the frame but above the paper
  5. Place a line of ink at the end of the screen
  6. Use the squeegee, press downwards firmly to draw ink from one end to the other end
  7. Carefully lift the screen
  8. Evaluate print and repeat
  1. Ideal to print on cotton and polycotton garments.
  2. Cost effective for large quantity orders with printing designs consisting of 1 to 6 colors at most.
  3. Perfect for individual and/or company that want to fit to a specific budget.
  4. Suitable for simple and non-complex graphic designs.
  1. Not cost effective for a dozen orders or fewer.
  2. Not advisable for designs with more than 6 colors unless you do not mind spending.
  3. Not suitable for complex graphic designs.
  4. Due to preferred orders to be in large quantities, allow lead time for production.
